SAHUARITA, AZ (February 15th, 2022)– Rancho Sahuarita is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on “Rancho Sahuarita Self Storage and RV”, its newest commercial venture in the Rancho Sahuarita community. The property is located in the northernmost portion of the community, along the major access boulevard and near neighborhoods and additional neighborhood commercial parcels.
The first project of its kind for the company, Rancho Sahuarita Self Storage and RV will be an 86,641 square foot facility with 421 climate-controlled units in sizes ranging from 5×5 up to 10×30 feet, and 136 drive up units ranging from 10×10 to 12×30 feet. All units are ground level and easy for patrons to access. The facility will also have 123 RV parking spaces (both covered and uncovered spots will be available).
Construction management as well as operations management services are being provided by 180 Self-Storage LLC, which is an award-winning self-storage management company based in Gilbert, Arizona. Principal, Jeff Helgeson shared: “We are so excited to open this project in Rancho Sahuarita. Our covered loading area, climate-controlled spaces, RV spaces and a property aimed at customer comfort, security and convenience set us apart from other competitors in nearby areas.”
