Kababeque Indian Grill is open for business in the Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace, adding delicious and authentic Indian cuisine to the dining options already available for residents and families of the area.
The locally-owned eatery serves authentic dishes, including staples like various entrees, wraps, and kababs, (plus a variety of appetizers, sides, salads and “Chef Specialties”). Dishes can be customized and ordered “Mild”, “Medium” or “Hot”, to perfectly suit a variety of palettes. The menu also includes many vegetarian and gluten-free options as well.
While the restaurant opened for business in late March, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the team at Kababeque wasted no time in adapting to the situation to serve the community’s residents. Now despite currently only offering takeout and delivery, the restaurant is thriving. Owner Jeetendra Yadav commented on the business saying: “Kababeque employs energetic and knowledgeable staff in addition to experienced and creative chefs who make every meal fresh when it is ordered.”
Yadav continued: “Kababeque has recently partnered with Chow Now and Foodie Magoos in order to provide food delivery options during these uncertain times. While a dine-in option is not currently available, management has taken every step possible to ensure a clean, healthy, and sanitary experience. The restaurant only uses takeout containers and disposable utensils. Chefs wear gloves during meal preparation and plating, while wait staff wear masks and are able to offer curbside service if requested. Your order will also be placed in a reusable fabric bag that is yours to keep!”
The addition of the new restaurant in the center has been met with much enthusiasm by residents of the community, who have commented and shared online about their excitement for the food choice variety the new restaurant offers and their delight with its large portions of delicious, quality food.
