Award-winning national homebuilder, Richmond American Homes, has closed on additional land in Entrada Del Rio (the newest neighborhood in Rancho Sahuarita), and plans to build an additional 87 new homes there. Additionally, Meritage Homes, who built many of the first neighborhoods in Rancho Sahuarita, plans to construct 41 new homes adjacent to the homes currently being built by Richmond American Homes in the southernmost portion of Entrada Del Rio.
Richmond American will offer the same stunning floorplans currently being sold at their first lots in Entrada Del Rio, which offers models as part of their Seasons™ Collection. Their homes in Entrada Del Rio currently offer 3 to 6 bedrooms plan options, ranging from 1,810 to 2,630 square feet. Meritage Homes plans to offer buyers five different floorplans to choose from, with square footages ranging from 1912 to 2920 square feet. The collection of floorplans includes both single story and two-story homes, and the plans offer 4 to 5 bedroom layouts.
