Meritage Homes will soon begin presales of 74 additional new home lots in Entrada Del Rio, offering homebuyers a new set of five floorplans in the master plan community’s newest neighborhood. Enclave at Entrada Del Rio will offer home layouts of up to 2917 square feet, and both 1 and 2 story options. Priced from the mid $300s, Enclave is designed to appeal to first time move-up homebuyers.
The floorplans will be available in 3-4 bedroom options, with 2-2.5 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages. Presales are set to begin in mid June, and will take place from Meritage’s existing Sales Center at 903 W. Calle Tolima.
Buyers at Enclave at Entrada Del Rio can choose from one of seven Design Collections, and can confidently style their new home with the help of the Studio M Design Center. The floorplans feature inviting open concepts, expansive kitchens, charming dens, and more. Meritage Homes also feature ENERGY STAR certified appliances, advanced thermostats, Fresh Air Management Systems and other energy-efficient appliances and technologies for families to enjoy.
The Enclave at Entrada Del Rio will open offering in-person tours beginning in mid August, out of its Sales Center (at 15508 S. Camino Napo). Tours will take place with enhanced safety measures in compliance with local, state and CDC guidelines. Homebuyers seeking a virtual option can also manage their purchase online with Meritage Homes’ Virtual Homebuying process, “which seamlessly guides prospective buyers from research and discovery all the way through closing.” In this process, buyers can connect with representatives to learn more about the home options available, schedule virtual tours, speak to mortgage professionals and more.
